If you stop by our shop to view some samples you have a good chance of seeing some of the really unique work we do for some well known artists and institutions. Some examples are rare documents and artifacts that the general public usually does not get to see up close and personal. There is always a wealth of artwork and photographs that we are processing for private collectors and clients. Every stop in to our studio will be a different experience.
We often have clients ask us to give them a digital file of their artwork so they can use it to submit for online calls for entry, contests, etc. Our first question is always “What size file are they asking for?” The majority of these online submissions will specify a desired minimum and maximum file size. It is important to give them exactly what they are asking for or your submission may be thrown out.
File size is specified in one of 2 ways: By size accompanied by a resolution(in inches and dpi*) or length accompanied by width(in pixels). Dont forget to ask what file format they need as well (Jpg, PDF, Tif, etc.).
We price all jobs according to the total amount of work. You will get a lower cost per piece if you bring them in groups.
Printing orders are also priced based on total amount ordered.
It’s easier for us to offer discounts on groups of work. Please call 703-684-0005 if you need help pricing out your work.
